Account Manager – Insurance Agency
Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-driven Account Manager to join our team as the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate is naturally outgoing, passionate about helping people, and experienced in providing top-notch customer service. Prior experience in the insurance industry is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding service to walk-in prospects and existing clients
- Assist policyholders with questions, policy updates, and service needs
- Analyze customer insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
- Process policy changes, claims, and benefits administration accurately and efficiently
- Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, helpful support
Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty insurance license required
- Proven customer service experience, ideally in the insurance field
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of insurance products and claims processes
- Ability to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Bilingual abilities a plus
