Responsibilities


  • Prospect, quote, and close new personal and/or commercial insurance business
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consultative sales
  • Follow up on leads, referrals, and inbound inquiries in a timely manner
  • Conduct policy reviews and identify cross-sell/up-sell opportunities
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity in CRM systems
  • Stay current on products, carriers, and industry trends

Requirements


  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful, and coachable.
  • Possess an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Create relationships with prospects and clientele.
  • Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru, and follow-up.

Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
