Responsibilities
The selected team member will focus on selling commercial lines products offered by Farmers Insurance. Our agency is committed to building and maintaining strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach and delivering exceptional customer service.
In this role, you will identify each clients unique business needs, recommend tailored coverage solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the policy lifecycle. You will also be responsible for proactively following up on leads and quotes, helping to drive new business and support the overall growth of the agency.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain meaningful client relationships
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven by a competitive mindset
- Ambition to grow professionally and take on increasing levels of responsibility
- Prior sales experience preferred (insurance experience is a plus, but not required)
- Currently Property & Casualty Licensed or willing to obtain the appropriate insurance license
- Individual must pass background check
Salary : $40,000 - $70,000
