Base compensation: Starting $20-$25/hour commission and bonuses
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Quote, sell, and cross-sell insurance products to new and existing clients
- Identify coverage needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Follow up on leads and close new business opportunities
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
- Track activity and pipeline using CRM systems
What We're Looking For
- Active insurance licenses or willing to obtain prior to hire
- 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record
- Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a desire to earn more
