This hybrid position allows you to work locally and from home, while also receiving training and mentorship with our team. With the backing of the University of Farmers® and a dedicated development team, you’ll gain the skills and knowledge to grow into a successful agency owner.
Responsibilities
- Help Birmingham, AL, families and business owners secure the right coverage.
- Learn the full suite of Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial products.
- Attend district-led training and mentorship sessions in Oxford.
- Engage in community outreach across the region.
- Provide customer service and policy support to clients.
Requirements
- Must be able to obtain Alabama insurance licenses (P&C and Life/Health).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous sales or customer service background preferred, not required.
- Driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to build a career.
