Position Summary
The Agency Recruiter is responsible for building relationships with individuals interested in insurance sales and agency-based career paths. This role is centered on connection, conversation, and consistent follow-up. You will manage the recruiting process from initial outreach through screening and interview coordination, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for insurance agency roles, including sales producers and future agency owners
- Conduct phone and virtual conversations to assess interest, alignment, and career goals
- Manage candidate pipelines using ATS or CRM systems
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate candidate handoff to agency partners
- Maintain ongoing relationships with candidates throughout the recruiting process
- Track activity, follow-ups, and outcomes against recruiting goals
- Partner with internal leadership to understand hiring needs and priorities
Requirements
Qualifications
- Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, staffing, or people-focused roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfort with outbound outreach, follow-up, and ongoing candidate conversations
- Familiarity with ATS, CRM, or recruiting and scheduling tools
- Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple candidates at once
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-driven environment
