District 04 is a President's Council Team (top 1%) and we are seeking someone like you, to provide you with solid leads and the opportunity to obtain your General Lines Property and Casualty license as well as the training (World Class training( to be a success. We even have tried and true paths to ownership of your own agency, eventually, if that is your end goal.

We’re expanding our Farmers Insurance agency and looking for a licensed, motivated Life Insurance Sales Agent who’s ready to help clients protect what matters most. ✔ Active Texas Life & Health License
✔ Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) License (Or ability to obtain prior to the start date)
(Applications without Life and health licenses cannot be considered.)

Minimum 2-5 years active insurance sales experience only please with a verifiable track record of success.

What You’ll Do

• Build and manage a pipeline through warm leads, referrals, and community engagement
• Conduct needs‑based assessments across Life, Health, and P&C lines
• Educate clients on coverage options and long‑term financial protection
• Deliver exceptional service through follow‑ups and policy reviews
• Meet production goals and maintain compliance with Farmers standards
