Farmers Insurance District 04 is seeking a licensed insurance sales professional who wants more than another producer desk.
This opportunity is designed for a motivated P&C licensed producer who wants to grow inside a successful agency environment, receive hands-on coaching, and build toward future agency leadership or ownership opportunities.
You will work with an established Farmers agency and District 04 leadership to develop the sales, service, retention, marketing, and business skills needed to succeed in the insurance industry.
This is a strong fit for someone who already understands insurance sales but wants a clearer path forward.
- Sell personal lines, commercial lines, life, and other Farmers products as appropriate
- Build and manage a local prospect pipeline
- Conduct policy reviews and follow-up with clients
- Learn agency operations, service standards, retention, and cross-selling
- Participate in district training, sales coaching, and agency development activities
- Represent the agency professionally in the local community
- Active Property & Casualty license preferred or required
- Life & Health license a plus
- Prior insurance sales experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Coachable, organized, and comfortable with sales activity goals
- Interest in long-term agency leadership or ownership
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
Base compensation plus commission opportunity. Additional growth opportunities may be available based on performance, licensing, and business readiness.
