This opportunity is 100% commission-based and requires candidates to have capital reserves to support themselves during the initial ramp-up period.

• Develop and grow a personal book of business
• Prospect, network, and build relationships in your community
• Educate clients and present customized insurance solutions
• Build systems and processes for long-term growth
• Recruiting and leading a future team

Compensation & Earnings Potential

• Commission-only compensation structure
• 300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
• Additional bonuses up to $11,000
• Monthly and annual production bonuses for up to 3 years
