• Sales Training:Engage in intensive sales training programs to master insurance product knowledge and effective sales techniques.
• Lead Generation:Learn to identify and cultivate leads through networking, referrals, and marketing initiatives.
• Client Presentations: Assist in preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of various insurance products.
• Client Follow-Up: Develop skills in following up with prospects to close sales and maintain customer relationships.

• Experience:Previous experience in sales, particularly in insurance, is a plus, but not required
