What You’ll Do
- Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions that protect what matters most
- Educate individuals and families on Farmers’ wide range of products
- Generate new business through networking, lead follow-up, and marketing efforts
- Deliver excellent service while meeting compliance and industry standards
- Grow your book of business while building your path to agency ownership
What We’re Looking For
- Sales or customer service experience (preferred, but not required)
- Ability to obtain or already hold insurance licenses (personal lines, Property & Casualty, Life & Health, Life all acceptable)
- Entrepreneurial spirit and strong work ethic
