Responsibilities
- Engage new prospects and explain insurance solutions
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend coverage
- Deliver outstanding customer service
- Build long-term relationships to generate referrals and repeat business
- Stay informed on insurance products and industry trends
- Collaborate with a supportive team to meet sales goals
Requirements
- One year of sales and/or marketing experience is required
- Familiar with multiple computer platforms (Windows, Google, CRM's.) is required
- Licensing: Must have or be willing to quickly obtain a Oregon Property & Casualty License. ($500 bonus if already licensed)
- Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, banking or Real Estate is a strong advantage.
Salary : $45,000 - $60,000
