As an Insurance Producer Sales Manager trainee, you will be working directly under an established Farmers Insurance Agency owner to proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships, conduct needs assessments, and effectively present insurance solutions.

Qualifications
- Possess skills in Insurance Sales, Insurance, and Insurance Brokerage
- Experience in Finance-related tasks
- Strong Ethics and Compliance management
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as a leader of a team
- Relevant experience in the insurance industry is a plus
