- Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and customer service requests
- Assist clients with billing questions, coverage reviews, certificates, and policy documents
- Process and track renewals according to agency timelines
- Maintain accurate client records and agency documentation
- Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
- Identify cross-sell and account-rounding opportunities
- Assist with retention efforts and client relationship management
- Work with multiple carrier systems and agency management software
- Collaborate with agency leadership to improve workflows and customer experience
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License REQUIRED
- Fluent in both English and Spanish REQUIRED
- Minimum 2 years insurance agency experience REQUIRED
- Experience servicing Personal Lines or Commercial Lines accounts, including endorsements, renewals, policy changes, certificates, and customer service requests REQUIRED
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned accounts
- Willingness to support both Personal and Commercial Lines clients

Salary : $42,000 - $55,000
