We’re a growing Farmers Insurance agency looking for a dependable, motivated individual to join our team. This is a fast-paced position where you’ll play an important role in supporting our clients and daily office operations.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist clients with policy questions
- Process payments, policy updates, and documentation
- Follow up with clients and leads
- Assist with insurance quotes and support sales efforts
- Maintain accurate and organized client records

- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Preferred (Not Required)
- Previous customer service or office experience
