We’ve got more warm leads than our current team can work — and we’re opening one more seat for a driven closer to turn those conversations into protected families and businesses. You’ll be coached one-on-one by a Top 1% Farmers producer to get there. No insurance license? No experience? Even better — you’re exactly who we want to train. The Money — No Games

• $36,000 base ($3,000/month) uncapped commission bonuses
• Realistic Year 1: $70,000–$100,000
• Top producers: $115,000–$120,000 and climbing — no ceiling
• Your base isn’t fixed — it climbs with you. Every major premium milestone unlocks a $500/month base raise. Produce more, earn more on every paycheck — not just commission. Here’s something most agencies won’t admit: we’d rather build a great producer from scratch than inherit someone else’s bad habits. If you’ve got the drive and the people skills, we’ll teach you insurance the right way — our way — with no habits to unlearn.

We sponsor your path to a Texas license: we cover your study materials (the bulk of the cost) and part of the licensing process. You cover the state exam fee itself — a little skin in the game. Once you’re licensed, you step into the paid producer seat and start earning.
