The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be responsible for helping clients with their insurance needs, answering questions, processing payments, and handling policy changes. You’ll be working directly with the owner and the team to ensure we provide top-notch service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
- Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and renewals
- Process claims and guide clients through the claims process
- Answer inquiries and provide solutions for various insurance-related questions
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Work closely with the owner and office team to maintain a smooth workflow
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License is a must
- Life & Health License is a bonus, but not required
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a small, family-like office environment
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor
