Protege, Retail, or Acquisition

Farmers Insurance - Mile High District is seeking motivated individuals for our Protege, Retail, or Acquisition programs. These are exciting opportunities designed to develop your career in insurance sales and agency ownership. Through comprehensive training and mentorship, you will gain the skills and experience needed to build a successful insurance business while serving your community.

Whether you are interested in becoming an independent agent through our Protege program, growing within our retail agencies, or joining us through acquisition opportunities, we provide the resources and support to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in intensive training covering insurance products, sales techniques, and agency management
• Develop relationships with clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Work closely with District leadership to build your book of business and achieve sales goals
• Engage in ongoing coaching and development to refine your sales and leadership skills
• Contribute to the growth and success of your assigned agency or territory
  
  

Requirements

• Motivated self-starter with strong desire to learn and grow in the insurance industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance license (training and study materials provided)
• Commitment to providing exemplary customer service
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
• Ability to pass company background and compliance checks
