Role: District Agency Development Recruiter
We are seeking a motivated and proactive District Agency Development Recruiter to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to attract high-quality candidates
- Source and engage prospective agency owners and agency staff through networking, social media, and other channels
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including interviews, candidate assessments, and onboarding support
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and district leadership
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and outcomes
- Coordinate and participate in recruiting events and community outreach activities
- Experience in recruiting, preferably within insurance or financial services
- Excellent communication, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
