Andrea Webster Agency in Signal Hill, California, is looking for an experienced sales representative to join our team. Spanish language skills is a must.

In this role, you will sell Property & Casualty and Life Insurance products through phone, email, and video calls. You will assess customer needs and recommend solutions that support their personal goals. If you are motivated, skilled at building rapport, and committed to growth, this could be the ideal opportunity for you. Prior insurance or Sales experience is required.

Responsibilities
* Sell P& C and Life Insurance to clients in CA, AZ and NV
* Identify customer needs and recommend tailored solutions
* Build quick rapport and deliver an exceptional client experience
* Prior sales or insurance experience is required. Minimum of 2 years continuous sales experience is required.
* Ideal for motivated, growth-minded individuals who communicate well
Requirements
Bilingual- English and Spanish is required
P&C or Life/Health license required
Prior Sales Experience. is required
Attendance and punctuality are essential in this role
