What makes a successful Farmers Insurance Agency Sales Manager?


  • Sales experience or a client-facing background is a plus
  • Insurance experience is preferred, but not required
  • Proven track record of trustworthiness, dependability and ethical behavior

Responsibilities
  • Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Be outstanding at relationship building.
  • Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and brainstorming sessions.

Requirements
  • Be a great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • Create relationships from a cold start.
  • Be a fantastic presenter.
  • Prior Sales Experience.
  • Career-minded vision.
  • Problem-Solving Capabilities.
  • A Property & Casualty insurance license is required, but obtained throughout our hiring process
  • A Life & Health Insurance license is required, but obtained throughout our hiring process
