Our successful and well-established Farmers insurance and financial services agency is seeking a motivated and detail oriented Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to join our high-performing team. Our agency takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and tailored insurance products to meet the unique needs of individuals and businesses. This vital role involves assisting clients with their insurance needs, supporting sales operations, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. The ideal candidate will either be licensed in property and casualty insurance, or willing to obtain the required licenses prior to employment.
About the Job
The daily responsibilities of a CSR/SSR will include but not limited to;
-Answering inbound calls, emails, and requests from policy holders regarding coverage, claims, billing, and policy changes.
-Resolving customer complaints and escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
-Assisting clients with policy renewals, endorsements, and retention of policies.
-Educate customer about available insurance products, coverage options, and policy terms.
-Assisting sales producers by preparing documents and necessary paperwork.
-Following up on leads and inquiries to support new policy sales.
-Cross-selling or upselling insurance products when appropriate.

- Possess strong organizational skills including attention to detail and follow-up capabilities
- Proficient in operating personal computers, typing, and performing routine calculations
- Meets the production requirements and goals assigned by the agent or agency manager
-Currently licensed in property and casualty insurance or willing to obtain required licenses prior to employment.
