This is a full-time, on-site role based in Augusta, GA, for an Agency Owner with Farmers Insurance. As an Agency Owner, you will focus on managing and growing your agency by developing strong client relationships, offering insurance solutions tailored to customers’ needs, and innovating to expand your business. Daily responsibilities include identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing superior customer service, managing a team, and ensuring operational compliance with company guidelines.
