Requirements
- Proven success in sales (insurance, financial services, real estate, or other high-performance fields)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and close sales in a consultative environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire for independence and financial growth
- Must hold or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (training and fees covered by agency)
- Bachelor's degree preferred; minimum High School Diploma or GED required
- Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities
- Develop new business through networking, referrals, warm internet leads, and community engagement
- Conduct consultative sales appointments to identify client needs and design tailored insurance portfolios across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial lines
- Manage and expand your book of business through consistent follow-up, cross-selling, and relationship management
- Achieve and exceed monthly production and profitability goals
- Deliver a client experience that builds trust, loyalty, and long-term retention
- Maintain current knowledge of industry trends, product innovations, and compliance standards
