We are seeking a driven and ambitious Agent Trainee to join our team. In this role, the Agent Trainee will develop new client relationships, provide tailored insurance solutions, and drive sales across multiple product lines. The ideal candidate for the Agent Trainee position is entrepreneurial, competitive, and customer-focused, with a passion for building a long-term career in the insurance industry.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• Sales experience preferred (insurance, financial services, real estate, or related industries)
• Must have or be willing to obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance licenses
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a performance-driven environment

• Build and manage a portfolio of clients through prospecting, networking, referrals, and community involvement
• Consult with clients to assess their needs and recommend the best coverage options across Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets by generating new business and cross-selling to existing clients
• Deliver exceptional service to maintain strong client relationships and ensure policy renewals
• Stay informed on industry trends, product offerings, and compliance requirements
