Agent Trainee - Farmers Insurance

As an Agent Trainee, you'll work directly with agency leadership, gaining hands-on experience in sales, client relations, and business development while playing a key role in the agency's growth and success.

Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Annual Base Salary Commission Bonus Opportunities

• Sales experience preferred
• Property & Casualty license preferred or willingness to obtain
• (If not currently licensed, licensing support will be provided, Licenses must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Strong communication, closing, and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a competitive drive
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and a strong sales pipeline

• Proactively generate leads through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and marketing
• Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend insurance solutions
• Sell and cross-sell personal lines products such as Auto, Home, and Life
• Maintain a steady pipeline of prospects and consistently follow up on open opportunities
• Meet or exceed monthly performance goals in premium, policy count, and Life sales
• Deliver exceptional customer service to foster long-term client relationships
