- Develop insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Manage and develop your team.
- Develop ongoing networking relationships with Real Estate Agents, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies, Auto Dealers, etc.
- Share training and education knowledge and expertise with team members.
- Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention and product loyalty.
- Must reside in Kansas
- Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
- A Property Casualty insurance license is required. Must be willing to obtain. Training provided.
- A Life Health Insurance license is required. Must be willing to obtain. Training provided.
- Display leadership competencies, including ability to delegate, engage, and inspire others.
- Minimum 1 year prior sales experience preferred.
- No insurance experience required but must be willing to learn
