What will you do?

Source candidates using LinkedIn, really, ZipRecruiter, resume databases, and social media.
- Conduct outbound outreach via phone, SMS, email, and LinkedIn (20–40 calls/day).

Maintain accurate, real-time pipelines inside Zoho Recruit.

Coordinate interview scheduling with the recruiting team and District Manager.

Track sourcing activity, call metrics, and candidate movement.

Prepare weekly pipeline reports and KPIs.

Refresh job postings and keep ads optimized across platforms.
- Assist with proactive campaigns (events, webinars, call days, data leads, etc.).
Requirements

2–5 years of experience in recruiting, sourcing, staffing, or sales support.

Proven comfort with high-volume calling and outbound outreach.

Experience working in a structured recruiting or sales pipeline.

Experience with job boards such as LinkedIn, really, ZipRecruiter.
- Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
