What You’ll Do

- Sell and cross-sell top-rated Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial insurance products
- Build trusting client relationships with ongoing support and proactive policy reviews
- Exceed sales targets to help power agency success
- Stay sharp with up-to-date product knowledge and compliance
- Use CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, and renewals
- Energize team meetings and sales strategy sessions with your insights
- Proven sales experience or a record of goal-crushing performance
- Outstanding communicator and confident negotiator
- Motivated, resourceful, and fearless with outbound calls
- Coachable, ambitious, and eager to learn
- Exceptionally organized with great time management
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses preferred (or willingness to get licensed soon)
