Key Responsibilities
- Develop and grow your client base through networking, prospecting, and community engagement
- Deliver expert guidance on insurance options, tailoring solutions for each unique client
- Forge lasting relationships with clients through regular communication and policy reviews
- Consistently exceed sales targets while ensuring long-term client satisfaction
- Learn the ins and outs of agency operations, strategic planning, and leadership
