Job Title: Outside Loader

Role: Loaders are responsible for assisting customers by loading products into customer vehicles, working closely with sales staff to ensure a seamless transition for customers from inside the store to outside to fulfill their orders, and unloading incoming deliveries. This role reports directly to the Yard Lead.

Responsibilities:

· Customer Assistance: Assist customers in loading products into their vehicles, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience.

· Team Support: Consistently support the company, customers, and fellow employees by fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

· Delivery Assistance: Assist with deliveries as needed, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.

· Loading & Unloading: Efficiently load and unload delivery trucks, ensuring accurate handling and documentation of packages and materials to prevent damage and loss.

· Warehouse & Yard Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and organization in yards and warehouses, ensuring stock is safely stored and easily accessible.

· Other Duties: Respond positively to requests from Yard Lead and perform well other duties as needed.

· Quality Control: Ensure all products on display meet quality standards and remove any damaged or expired items.

Pay: $16.00 - $17.50 per hour
