What This Role Is Really About

You’ll work directly with independent agents and farmers across Idaho, spending time on farms, learning how operations run, and helping match the right insurance coverage to the right risks.

If you enjoy agriculture, value relationships, and like using your judgment in the field, this role was built for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Travel your assigned Idaho territory visiting farms and ag operations
  • Partner with local independent agents to identify farms that fit our insurance programs
  • Walk properties, talk through operations, and understand how each farm works
  • Use your ag and insurance knowledge to decide what coverage makes sense
  • Share practical ideas that help farmers reduce losses and protect their operations
  • Build long-term relationships with agents, farmers, and internal team members

Most of your time will be spent in the field, not behind a desk.

What We’re Looking For

  • Background in agriculture, farm insurance, or both

  • Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Willingness to keep learning and growing in the role
