Plant Maintenance Technicians are responsible for repairing and maintaining the concrete plant according to industry standards and factory specifications. If you are passionate about your chosen profession and enjoy working with your hands, then we have the career path for your success!

Competitive Pay: $80,000 to $95,000 base wage annually (upwards of $120,000 annually with potential overtime and discretionary bonus).

Essential Functions

Inspect equipment for mechanical defects and safety issues and participate in the approval of those projects

Perform repairs using proper tools and techniques

Troubleshoot issues further if necessary

Document work performed onsite and submit progress reports

Ensure on-time deliveries of work completed

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment

Work overtime when required, ensuring work is completed on time

Comply with all company policies and procedures
Position Requirements
-
3 years’ experience as a maintenance technician

Ability to travel to other locations to assist with plant repair; clean DMV record
-
Proficient in electrical diagnostics and repair, specifically 110v and 480v
-
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information

Manual dexterity and good judgement
-
Ability to operate power and hand tools and other equipment safely

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.; maneuver in/out and around concrete plant
Salary : $80,000 - $95,000
