Loader Operator
Capital Sand Company is looking for Loader Operators at their sand plant. The Loader Operator is responsible for loading plant hoppers safely. Basic knowledge of the practices and techniques applied to the safe operation of heavy equipment. This position will report to Crew Lead that operates on a 24/7 rotating crew.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate equipment such as skid steer, front end loader, forklift, and manlift.
- Move, load and handle materials with the use of heavy equipment.
- Perform general maintenance of equipment such as greasing and changing oil.
- Observe and comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
- Operate fire hose and manual shovel to assist in plant clean up during downtime as needed.
- Perform plant maintenance and general housekeeping activities.
REQUIREMENTS
This position requires climbing, working from heights, bending, stooping, walking, sitting, and lifting up to 75 lbs.
