Commercial Vehicle Administrative Coordinator
Position Summary:
The Commercial Vehicle Administrative Coordinator provides administrative and operational support to help ensure efficient, compliant commercial vehicle operations. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working effectively with individuals across a broad range of personalities and communication styles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and current vehicle compliance records and documentation
- Assist with a variety of administrative and operational support tasks to help ensure day-to-day efficiency across operations
- Track and manage regulatory deadlines related to vehicle titling and registration
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in internal systems, including Fleetio and Spectrum
- Coordinate requests and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Research and resolve discrepancies through careful review and consistent follow-through

Experience & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior maintenance or repair experience is helpful, but not required
- Familiarity with commercial vehicle titling and registration requirements in Arkansas and Missouri is preferred, but not required
Work Location: This position may be located in Memphis, TN; Columbia, MO; Washington, MO; Jonesboro, AR; or West Memphis, AR.
