About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Check on guests throughout their meal, ensuring all needs are met.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Assist in training new staff members on service standards and menu knowledge.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment Required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service.
- Must be able to operate a POS system.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Food Handler’s certification is a plus. but not required
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
