- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to ensure accurate documentation, inventory management, and timely shipment of compounded medications
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with strong time management and problem-solving skills to address potential roadblocks and ensure smooth operations
- Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to think creatively and maintain high service standards while supporting fiscal responsibility
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Shipping and Receiving Department, ensuring seamless operations in a pharmacy setting
