- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to ensure accurate documentation, inventory management, and timely shipment of compounded medications.
- Exceptional multitasking abilities with strong time management and problem-solving skills to address potential roadblocks and ensure smooth operations.
- Excellent customer service orientation, with the ability to think creatively and maintain high service standards while supporting fiscal responsibility.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within the Shipping and Receiving Department, ensuring seamless operations in a pharmacy setting.
- Skilled in maintaining accurate and precise shipping, receiving, and inventory records to uphold compliance with pharmacy regulations and internal protocols.
- Demonstrates a team-oriented attitude, working well with peers, supervisors, and subordinates to contribute to a positive and collaborative company culture.
