Duties
- Prepare and serve meals, ensuring adherence to food safety standards and dietary guidelines
- Assist in food presentation to enhance guest satisfaction
- Handle food with care, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage procedures
- Support kitchen operations by chopping, cooking, plating, and garnishing dishes efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following sanitation protocols at all times
- Serve guests with enthusiasm, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience
Experience
- Previous dietary department experience or dietary aide experience preferred but not required
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food handling within restaurant or hospitality settings
- Experience with meal preparation .
- Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency in various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry
- Exposure to kitchen operations in a restaurant or culinary setting is highly desirable
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
