Role Description This full-time remote Real Estate Land Agent role focuses on representing buyers and sellers of agricultural, recreational, and development properties. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and cultivating leads, conducting property research and valuation, and preparing listings with accurate descriptions, maps, and supporting documentation. The Land Agent will coordinate property showings, negotiate offers and purchase agreements, and guide clients through due diligence and closing. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with landowners, investors, and local partners, staying informed on market trends and regulations, and consistently updating marketing platforms with current listing and client information.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Estate practices.
- Candidates should possess skills in Sales and Customer Service to effectively generate leads and support clients.
- Candidates should possess 2-3 years knowledge of Real Property, including agricultural, recreational, and development land characteristics.
