We’re a locally owned, chef driven restaurant in downtown Prescott, known for our warm hospitality, elevated comfort food, and commitment to sourcing the best ingredients from Arizona farms and ranches. We’re currently seeking a Front of House Assistant Manager to help lead our talented team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.
About the Role
The Front of House Manager plays a key role in maintaining the high standards that define Farm Provisions. This position oversees all aspects of daily service, fosters a positive team culture, and ensures smooth operations from open to close. You’ll be the go-to problem solver on the floor, balancing guest satisfaction, staff support, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily front-of-house operations to ensure outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain and model service excellence and hospitality standards
- Support profitability goals through effective scheduling, cost awareness, and efficient operations
- Hire, train, mentor, and motivate FOH team members
- Foster clear communication between kitchen and service teams
- Handle guest feedback with professionalism and care
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Manage scheduling of all FOH employees
Qualifications
- 3 years of restaurant or hospitality experience (management experience strongly preferred but not required if strong restaurant experience)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people skills
- Calm and confident under pressure; strong problem-solver
- Integrity, accountability, and attention to detail
- Passion for hospitality and teamwork
Schedule & Compensation
- Schedule: Wednesday dinner, Thursday–Saturday lunch, Sunday dinner
- 35-40 Hours per week
- Must have open availability Wednesday-Sunday for lunch/dinner shifts
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
