These positions are located in the Farm Production and Conservation (FPAC) Business Center (BC), Chief Financial Operations Office (CFOO), Financial Management Division (FMD), Billings & Collections Operations Branch (BCOB), Invoicing & Receivable Processing Section (IRPS) and the Payment and Travel Operations Branch (PTOB), Travel Section.

Specialized Experience Requirement
For the GS-07 grade level: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 grade level in federal service or comparable experience not gained through federal service.

Education at the GS-07 grade level: One full year of graduate level education in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

Education at the GS-09 grade level: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

For the GS-11 grade level: You must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level in federal service or comparable experience not gained through federal service. Specialized experience is defined as:
Education at the GS-11 grade level: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.

- Familiarity with standard financial management and analytical techniques to monitor and report on the financial status of assigned programs or tasks.
- Ability to interpret and apply financial management policies, regulations, principles, and procedures to conduct basic studies, reviews, and evaluations of financial management activities.
