Johns Island pet resort and off-leash play facility seeks a dedicated part- time Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a blend of mechanical knowledge, electrical skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset. This would be a great job for someone with a flexible schedule, who is looking to pick up some extra hours a week. Candidate must be at least 21 years old.
*Responsibilities*
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as HVAC filter changes, landscaping and drain cleaning.
- Troubleshoot and repair any maintenance needs
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Landscaping needs
*Requirements*
- Proficiency in English for effective communication
- Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance
- Customer service mindset to address maintenance needs efficiently
In person interview is required. This would be a great job for someone with a flexible schedule, who is looking to pick up some extra hours a week, ranging from 8-15 hours a week. Candidate must be at least 21 years old, have reliable transportation, and hold a valid drivers license.
