Seasonal Construction Worker

We are seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as Seasonal Construction Workers. This hands-on role supports various construction and maintenance projects including concrete work, grain bin erection, and installation of grain handling equipment. The ideal candidate is safety-minded, team-oriented, and ready to contribute to a wide variety of essential tasks during our busy construction season.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with concrete pours, grain bin erection, and grain handling equipment installations
  
• Support general maintenance of buildings and equipment as needed
  
• Help with setup of farm machinery and fertilizer equipment
  
• Follow and enforce company safety programs, ensuring compliance with policies and use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE)
  
• Maintain accurate logs and documentation, including daily truck inspections and other required reports
  
• Participate in ongoing training sessions and continuing education related to safety and equipment
  
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the team and company goals

• Prior construction, agriculture, or equipment installation experience preferred but not required
  
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
  
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices
  
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Work Schedule:

• Seasonal, with extended hours during peak times
