What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Entry: Help Us Share Our Success position at Farm Discovery at Live Earth?
We believe that we can transform personal and community health and improve our impact on earth by building and sustaining collaborative agricultural, ecological and social systems. We believe that communities equipped with knowledge and the skills of inquiry can transform food, farming and natural systems for the better.
Help our young non-profit report our successes and seek needed funding by entering contact and demographic information of the people we are serving. As a volunteer, you will enter data from hardcopy to excel spreadsheets and eventually to a new database.
We are working to document the great work we are teaching local kids and families about organic farming and nutrition. As we develop documentation, we are collecting a large amount of data that will tell an excellent story once it is recorded allowing us to seek much-needed grant funding.
This is a "Virtual Volunteer Project" that you complete at home using your own computer.
Volunteers may work anytime between 9am-5pm (Monday-Friday).
Volunteers need to have basic computer skills, be meticulous, and resourceful.
