Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate and monitor the Association customer service, public relations, and advertising activities to enhance the image of the Association as a competitive provider of financial products and services. The position will also contribute to business goals and strategies by providing leadership and expertise to develop a stronger marketing culture. Overall, the position will tell the Farm Credit story in the marketplace.
Duties
- Assist in the development of annual marketing plan
- Assist with planning meetings and events
- Create website content and content for both external customer communication and internal employee communication
- Coordinate with all staff to place content on all social medial channels
- Assist with print, radio and television marketing
- Administer our scholarship program
- Develop customer promotional materials
- Coordinate promotional/marketing item orders for branch inventory, Association events, etc.
- Photograph Association events and activities
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, or public relations
- General knowledge of the agriculture industry
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- The ability to effectively communicate and convey messages through marketing materials
- Expert skills in media concepts and design
Pay: $38,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
