What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist/CSR position at Farm Credit Services of Mandan?
Farm Credit Services of Mandan is hiring a full-time Receptionist/Customer Service Representative in our Dickinson branch. This position is responsible for providing a variety of office functions needed to support the branch’s credit and related services operations for the benefit of our customers.

Major/Essential Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service whether in-person, by phone, or email
- Receipts payments and processes loan disbursements
- Provides support to association staff
- Prepares, scans, and files loan documents
- Completes correspondence for loan officers and verifies the accuracy of work completed
- Performs follow-up tasks and keeps reminders for loan officers to ensure adherence to loan conditions
Qualifications
- Two-year post-secondary degree preferred
- One-year related experience preferred
- An acceptable combination of education and experience
- Previous loan processing experience is desired
