Data Engineer

We are seeking a Data Engineer with a strong focus on data management and governance to design and implement scalable, trustworthy data solutions. This role will be instrumental in building and maintaining the infrastructure that supports enterprise-wide data governance, including metadata management, data lineage, and compliance monitoring. Leveraging modern data engineering practices and tools, you will help ensure data integrity, transparency, and usability across the organization, while collaborating with stakeholders to embed governance principles into every stage of the data lifecycle.

• Create data models and dashboards to monitor and measure compliance with data governance standards and policies.
• Design and implement automated metadata management solutions using tools such as Alation, dbt, and Snowflake.
• Implement data governance frameworks and lineage tracking to ensure transparency and trust in enterprise data.
• Partner with data stewards, application developers, and business stakeholders to ensure governance requirements are embedded in data solutions.
• Anticipate, identify and solve issues concerning data management to improve data quality, privacy and experience.
• Drive adoption of best practices in data governance, metadata management, and data engineering.

• Preferred, Bachelor's degree, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Data Governance, Data Management or comparable experience in a related field required.

• 4 years of experience, Data Engineering, Software Development or Infrastructure Design
