POSITION: Information Technology (IT) Technician
LOCATION: Russellville, AR
SUPERVISOR: Director of Technology
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Full-time position for an IT Technician to coordinate and lead the delivery of technical support to Association end users. Includes, but not limited to, security, hardware, vendor management, training and education, employee onboarding and offboarding.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field Attention to detail and quality organizational skills
- 3 years of related experience in the computer field or an equivalent combination of education Working knowledge of technical reading and writing
- Working knowledge of network infrastructure and topology
- Working knowledge of IT equipment to troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Working knowledge of various software programs, including Microsoft Office and Windows
- Skill in interacting and working effectively with others
- Skill in oral and written communication, sufficient to discuss a variety of job-related topics, and to effectively communicate complex topics to a variety of audiences
- Skill in utilizing a systematic approach to problem-solving
- Skill in researching information to gain knowledge to apply to business challenges
- Skill in performing a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another of a different nature
- Skill in advising and guiding individuals to achieve results and experience sufficient to perform the essential functions of the job
