Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Customer Service Representative located in Murfreesboro, TN. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and creating a positive customer experience. The Customer Service Representative will handle inbound calls and provide prompt and courteous service to our customers, resolve customer inquiries, and build long-lasting customer relationships.
