Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Principal Agent located in Troy, MI. The Principal Agent will be responsible for building and managing a portfolio of policyholders, analyzing clients’ insurance needs, and recommending customized coverage options. Daily responsibilities include developing and nurturing client relationships, generating leads, onboarding new clients, and providing exceptional customer service. 

Additionally, the Principal Agent will focus on team development, contribute to business growth strategies, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. This role offers the opportunity to build and scale the business according to the individual’s vision.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in sales, client acquisition, and lead generation
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships
• Ability to assess customer needs and develop customized insurance solutions from our training and resources
• Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and proficiency in managing a portfolio of clients
• Familiarity with Michigan’s insurance regulations and products (life, auto, home, farm, and commercial insurance)
• Leadership and team management experience is a plus
